CANCELLATION POLICY
**Deposits & Payments** - A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total at checkout. - The remaining balance can be paid via Cash or Zelle. Card payments are not currently accepted. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** - Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. - You may transfer your deposit to a new appointment once, provided you reschedule at least 12 hours before your original appointment. - Same-day rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit. **No-Shows** - Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be banned from booking future appointments. -A $40 fee is required to request reinstatement of your account. **Late Arrivals** - Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. - If you're significantly delayed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
